Hi,
A few weeks back I had an issue with my Fenix2: a corrupted activity, which I had to delete (1kb size only) since the device would not sync it with my phone and
would give an error as well when trying to sync with Garmin Express on my PC. The error was something like “The Garmin Servers are not available” or “Cannot
connect to Garmin Servers at this moment” on both cases. Can't remember exactly the message.
After that, I also installed 3.70 on my Fenix 2 and performed a history deletion and a factory reset.
Today, I am still getting an error when syncing with Garmin Express: It will sync all current activities but will still try to sync the failed activity from July 23rd (which, needless to say, can't be found anymore on my device).
On a side note, Garmin Express thinks my Fenix2 still needs to be updated to f 3.70... which is running well on my device.
Any clue how to fix this? :confused:
