Nuvi 2595LM and Garmin Express

Hello all I have a Garmin Nuvi 2595LM and today I downloaded the Garmin Express software and when I connect my device I get "usb device not recognized" and it will not connect to my garmin I have tried everything and nothing works
The USB device not recognized is not an Express issue. This is the PC that the 2595 is being plugged into doesn't like the device. This can be a driver conflict or a USB port issue.
