310XT won't sync without deleting & repairing with Connect

I posted this in the 310xt forum and was advised that this would be a better bet.

I use both a 620 & a 310XT so have Garmin Connect on my PC which replaced the old Ant Agent. Now with the 310XT it no longer syncs via the Ant stick unless I remove it from the Connect application & let it rescan. After I tell the watch to go ahead and pair, it syncs fine but next time I have to repeat the process.

Am I stuck with this behaviour with the new Connect application?
