Map missing after update

Hi

i have a 2445LT and i was able to change the map from central europe to UK and Ireland.
Garmin express updated the maps and i installed a 4gb sd kaart so i din't need to switch but only City Navigator Europe NTU 2015.10, Central Europe available.
wit out sd card i'm not able to install City Navigator Europe NTU 2014.30, Central Europe - Map+HT,Sept 13 there is not enough space, i'm not able to choose a region to install

It sounds like we need to remove and add the device back to Express. Follow the instructions in the article below:

Which map do you already have installed? What map do you want to install?

Central europe was installed.
i switched the region to uk and ireland. Then i found a micro sd card and re-installed central europe. assuming uk and Ireland stayed on the device but no they are gone.
if i choose reinstall map, the option to choose the region stays gray even if i remove the sdcard

I am sorry to say that I am unable to read the message in the screen shot. Can you please translate that? Depending on the issue, you might want to contact customer support so we can change the part number for the map that you are attempting to install.
