As of yesterday I have been unable to upload any activities from my forerunner 210. I also couldn't get on Garmin Connect at all. I can now get into my dashboard but there is still an error message every time garmin express tries to sync saying there was an error syncing with garmin connect. I see somebody else had the same problem yesterday but there problem seems to be fixed...
I am having the same trouble. Have had syncing issues ever since the upgrade. It does work from time-to-time. I have a Forerunner 610. The watch says "transferring data", yet it doesn't show up on Garmin Express or Garmin Connect. Anyone have any ideas?
The Garmin Express forum would be more appropriate for your posts, as this is likely a Garmin Express issue. Maybe a mod will move this there for you both.
All I can say is a lot of users seem to accidentally be creating new accounts when they install Garmin Express and either don't see their old activities when the go to Garmin Connect through the link provided in Garmin Express, or they go to the Garmin Connect link in their bookmarks and don't see their new activities. I can't say from the descriptions you give that that is your issues.
However..... I would not hesitate to get with Garmin Support if one of the users here doesn't get you a solution soon. I've also noted it appears someone that may be an actual Garmin employee has been reasonably active in the Garmin Express forums during the week days. So that's another reason to post there about possible GE issues.
