If you can't see the Edge 200 with your computers file browser when you connect it via the usb, then likely there is:
1) a problem with the cable 2) a problem with your edge 200
either could be dirty or damaged contacts on the connectors. Contact Garmin Support if you don't get any better help from other users here or take it back to where you purchased it and see if they can make it work or provide you another.
