Garmin Express not installing

Just bought an Edge 510 - trying to install Garmin Edge and it will not install, running Windows 8.1 64.

Could you at least give the error message, or tell us what happens when you try to install?

In the Garmin Express installer (v3.2.16.0) I get through it and then it says FAILED. TRY AGAIN? I've disabled the firewall and pop-up blocker and tried it in the Administrator mode -- no luck.

It gets through
'Download required components' and then on to
'Installing VisualCppRedistributablex86' and then goes straight to the FAILED.TRY AGAIN? error

Restarted, disabled Firewall, executed it as Administrator and it works!
