servers constantly down

I can never connect and said servers currently down this has been weeks, i have uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue so this product is useless as i can not synch ever

    It is Grmin Edge 200 and was working fine on PC and downloaded no problem but now has stopped and error reads servers are down please try again later. Seems strange that PC has not changed yet I now have this issue constantly. Only had this a few months and was great when it connected but will look for receipt as pointless if i can not log training and Iphone would be better.

    There was a problem communicating with garmin servers is constant message. the garmin core services is running i have re-installed and same issue
  • What operating system are you using. Have you tried reinstalling Garmin Express?

    I've been using it daily and its sync'ing fine.

    Thanks I have emailed twice and get logged email reply but then nothing and to phone I can not get through - maybe good product if no issues but no customer support if there is

    I will need some more information on this error you are getting. Make sure that Express is up to date see FAQ: How do I update Garmin Express?
    . The latest version of Garmin Express is 3.2.16. Once Express is up to date see the Private message that was sent to you. I have private messaged you to collect some log files from you.

    Hi,

    I have the same issue with my forerunner 310XT. When I try to link it to Garmin Express, it finds the device but not the serial number. And it displays that there is a problem communicating with the gamrin servers (see picture)

    Could you support me?
