Garmin Express Fails to install

Hi. I am running windows 7 64x. Garmin Express fails to install. It reads "Failed. Try Again?" . Seems to be a common theme for many. I have tried the .Net repair tool as well as updating my windows installer. As many before me have stated, my computer has no difficulty with any other program installs. What seems to be the problem?

Have you tried running it directly from the website or are you downloading the .exe file and running it from your PC. Try whichever one you haven't.

Note you need to be running as an Administrator so if downloaded to PC right click the .exe file and select Run as Administrator
