Garmin Express error when syncing workouts

Hi,
ive tried to sync my workouts for my half marathon training plan to my 610 the first time it synced all my workouts but the first two, so I tried it again and now all 72 workouts are in my Garmin express to sync but they all fail.

I then tried just creating a test workout and sending that to my device but that is now in the list with the previous 72 and they all fail...

how can I remove all 73 from express? (I have tried to remove it from the sync bit in Garmin connect but it doesn't want to go..)

thanks

Stu
  • You can locate the files on the computer by going to the following location: C:\ProgramData\Garmin\GarminConnect\[Device]\Upload folder.
It could be that the first two may be corrupt. If they fail to transfer they will stay in the sync folder on the computer, so you may want to delete if there: C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Core Update Service\Sync

I sent a workout to my device (310xt) Sunday and it hasn't successfully synced since. I am getting the exact same message as yours. I tried the suggestions above along with numerous others, spending approximately 6-8 hours researching and trying different things with no luck. Hope your luck is better!

the above didn't do anything, the workouts didn't go and the still failed to sync, but on a good note my issue was resolved by installing the update to the garmin express software, ive not got version 3.2.9.0

maybe worth a go, hope you get it resolved.
