Are Garmin's servers down now?

I have been trying to start Garmin Express for the past 15 hours or so, and always got "There's a problem with our servers...":

Is any one experiencing the same?

I am still getting the same "We're Sorry... There's a problem with our servers,...". I will try tech support.

Thank you for the link.
Unfortunately, the error that I have been getting is different from that. Express can connect to the server because the authentication process goes through without any problem (if I mistype user name or password, it will reject. This shows the server is doing the authentication work). I have already sent Garmin an email via their online form. I should receive a response in 3 business days.

There seems to be an issue for all Forerunner 301 devices according to the software engineer with whom I have just had a conversation.
