Garmin Nuvi 50 not Recognizing in Windows - Can't update or buy new maps

Hello,

I have an Garmin Nuvi 50 GPS. I am trying to buy new maps but the device is being recognized in Windows.

I am connecting via USB cable(original). When I connect, the device goes to "computer connected" for a few seconds, and then it turns ON to the regular GPS screen.
The GARMIN EXPRESS software does not recognize the device also. I tried to install ''USB Drivers" from the website, Communicator Plugin, but nothing seems to have an effect.

I've read about changing to mass storage, but clicking on the upper right corner of "volume screen" didn't worked out. I've tried to start the device clicking on the bottom right corner too, but no changes.

I really need to buy new maps to this device for my parents trip to Europe, but after trying 3 different computers, nothing has worked.

I would really appreciate some help!
