Garmin Nuvii 760

Hi Folks

I have a 760 which was working correctly until I loaned to someone and when I got it back it wont work. On power up is goes as fast as loading maps and hangs there. When I connect it to Garmin Express it cant find it. I was wondering if I could reload Maps or software again. Can I get the sw anywhere. It was a 2008 model.

I think the first thing to try is a master reset. If that doesn't work and you can't get past the loading maps screen then you may need to call Product Support

To master reset start with the device off, hold the bottom right corner of the screen while turning it on. Then just answer "yes" when asked if you want to erase all user data.
