GE 3.2.9 unexpected error when downloading regions

Whenever i try to download regions onto my Nuvi 300 or Approach S3 using GE 3.2.9 I receive unexpected error message and GE shuts down.Both devices sync ok so assume no firewall problem.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

Please update to the newest version of Garmin Express using the following link and try again:
http://connect.garmin.com/en-US/start/

Thanks for the reply,
Downloaded GE 3.2.13.0 and still have the same problem, all ok until I click on region.
