Software (Garmin Express 3.2.9.0) on Windows 7 and Windows 8 does not work with FR70. Period. I was able to communicate from the same computer with garmin 310xt and uploaded its data from the computer to Garmin's cloud. Nevertheless, it is absolutely impossible to communicate with FR70. I received ridiculous non professional suggestions from Garmin support to shutdown firewalls, to uninstall antiviruses and so. ANT does recognize FR70, but cannot recognize ID. This problem ("the specified unit ID is invalid" was reported by many customers. If Garmin cannot fix a clear bug (as CEO of software company I can judge it ...) and cannot tell me when they are planning to fix the bug, then the only way is to return the watch
