Garmin Express 3.2.9 unable to open

I've installed it on Windows 7 sp1 64bit with no problem.

When I open it, the programme won't start, nothing happen.

I try re-install it, but it doesn't fix the problem.

How did you install it? Apparently problems have been resolved by selecting Run rather than saving the .exe file to your PC, others have reported success saving the .exe file then selecting 'Run as administrator' ... try whichever one you haven't.

The latest version of Garmin Express is 3.2.13. Please download and install it from the link below. If you use Internet Explorer choose the RUN option rather than Saving it to the computer first.
