You should be able to update the maps. The issues seems to be database related and there were only a handful of accounts effected by this. Considering all the variables it was random with the 2015 update. Each case has to be handled separately. I see only about one a week or so now. The issue should not effect further updates.

I purchased a MiddleEast lifetime update for my Nuvi 3590. It does not show up in Garmin Express. I can only see Europe Maps available for purchase in the Garmin express window. I've tried deleting the device and re-adding it - did not work. The maps appear in the 'maps' section of my.garmin website, but not in Garmin Express. Please help me too.
