Monterra - this device is not compatible with Express - Message

Hello, I'm using (trying...) the latest Express v3.2.13.0, but my garmin device, a monterra connected via usb to a win 8.1 pc, is shown at: Device found Monterra Serial number... and followed by the message This device is not compatible with Express.

While using BaseCamp 4.34 the device is found and fully operating.

Any hints?

Monterra is up to date with installed firmware 3.20.

The Monterra is currently not compatible with Express. We should make it compatible with Express again with a future version of Express.
