Installation error garmin express

Hi, I just downloaded Garmin Express in its latest version, however, running the installation program starts and after a few minutes I indicates that an error occurred. It should be noted that I meet the requirements for installation. How I can solve this problem?

Perhaps you could provide a bit more info if we're to help. Which OS? What error are you getting?
