Switched to Garmin Express was the worst idea

I have a 310TX. What it took me minutes before Garmin Express now took me hours.
I´m tired of trying to do this support.garmin.com/.../case.faces (The "Click Delete Device from Express" doesn´t appear)
It´s absurd to do this everytime support.garmin.com/.../case.faces
Or do this support.garmin.com/.../simpleCase.htm
I´m wasting my time.
It was supposed to express and express garmin is the opposite.
I need help!

Are the other 4 Activities still in the History on the watch?

Check these two locations on the computer to see if files were created for these workouts. The name of the file should coordinate with the date of the activity.

C:\ProgramData\Garmin\GarminConnect\Forerunner 310XT\Upload\FIT_TYPE_4

C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Core Update Service\Sync\Unit Id for the 310XT\Upload\FIT_TYPE_4

If the activity file is here you can try to manually upload it:

1. Cut and Paste or Move the file to your computers Desktop
2. Click the Import link in the upper right on the Activity page in Connect Modern.
3. Browse to the Desktop and select the file.

If it will not upload it is corrupt and you should probably delete it and delete the Activites from the device as well. This should restore the ability to Sync for the half marathon.

I did what you told and one of the runs disappeared and the other doesn´t show the map. :(

I guess i have to deleted the runs from my watch.
