When I try to open Garmin Express I get an error message saying
'could not open, firewall may be blocking. turn off firewall, change proxy settings, if this fails contact network administrator or internet provider'
Have tried turning firewall off, disabling proxy settings and talking to my internet provider. none of these worked. I contacted Garmin a couple of weeks ago, they had me send them some files but heard nothing back.
Can anyone help? TIA
