Good day all,

I need your help,
before two days I connect my device to the LAPTOP for update, I was busy in same time with another things,
I left my laptop for hour, when I came back, I found my baby delete most files of my device (Languages, Voices, Themes & Texts),,,

I did the update 4.40 yesterday
the language & some voices back to the device, but all Themes & text still not yet!!! (only Garmin theme & English Language)

I tried with Garmin Express & webupdater ,,,, same result,,,

I bought my device from US, Now I'm in Saudi Arabia,,,Unfortunately the Garmin Shop here doesn't help me!!!
only did the system reset, with no result also

how I can download & install the software to get back all Themes, text & the other voice,,, ( or like new device )

your help really appreciated,,,

I assume you didn't make a back up of your device? If so you could simply copy the files back.

Text, voices etc are available through the myDashboard tab on myGarmin if WebUpdater and Express aren't downloading them for you. Click on Software Updates then look under Optional Updates.

Also ensure you're running the latest version of Express, now 3.2.8

Sorry to hear this happened. If the voices and vehicles have been deleted they can be easily reloaded using Garmin Express. If the maps were deleted they can also be restored using Garmin Express. See the following FAQs : How do I install custom vehicle icons or custom voices to my device? and
