Running windows 7, had express v3.2.7.0 installed, but had the blank screen issue. Trying to update to v.3.2.8.0 but during "downloading required components" I get "failed try again" Any suggestions to help upload my 310XT data?

    Same issue
    Windows ® Installer. V 5.0.7601.17514
    MS .NET 4.5.1 (4.5.50938)

That's all the error message I get - "Failed. Try Again?"
    Nothing else, nothing more

It worked fine here. Sony Vaio, Windows 8.1 with all the updates.

Tried that, had no effect. No other error except "Failed. Try Again?"

Originally I did the download from Firefox. But I then tried IE and it worked, sort of, as I was able to upload 2 workouts (only the new ones), then it stopped working and I reloaded and find that I get the blank screen issue that I had with v3.2.7.0 after it pairs and I am trying to sign into an existing account. I have a newer installer version. Countless hours into this Ultra effort...

Now this is interesting and terrifying - I used IE to download the program, and it has worked and installed fine. Why does this not work via Chrome?!

I can confirm this is indeed the same issue I experienced and solved by downloading Express via IE and then installing it - see my post here
