Garmin Express doesn't want to sync file

And it keeps happening all the time randomly with some files. Today I had an bike activity lasting over 9 hours with bunch of data and now I can't get it to the Garmin Connect. Sync with Garmin Express gave weird results - I got one file which had 0.00 km and then the sync just stopped at some point (with that green bar still there). I closed Garmin Express and tried to do the manual upload with Garmin Connect but it keeps stuck at the beginning when I select "Upload all new activites". Why is Garmin software so buggy and customer support so poor?

Is there any way to get the data from the watch (Forerunner 910XT, I forgot to mention before)? Data is there, I can see all the information but can't get it to sync...

Really angry at Garmin and their ignorant behaviour, why aren't there any answers on this forum from their support?

    Any luck? I had the same thing happen today. I cant get the data from a Triathlon i did to upload.
  • Same problem here. I haven't been able to sync since yesterday (6/28/14). I've deleted and installed the latest Garmin Express and keep getting "There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect" with a Sync File -> Error in the lower part of the screen. What's going on, Garmin?

    Seems that I'm not the only person experiences issues upload data. Same problem here as above. unable to sync. Deleted and installed the latest Garmin Express and keep getting "There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect" Any assistance would be much appreciated.
  • I'm having a slightly different problem. Started sometime this past week too. My watch sends the data, zeros out all the stuff on the screen of the watch. Garmin Express says "successfully sync'd" and the correct day/time, but there's no activity. Happened today and it's happened to one other activity. I can't find the way to specifically pick activities off the watch like I used to be able to so I can maybe force it to upload it. There's just not that much on the watch, so it's not a clogged up history. I guess I can try uninstalling Express, but this sure is frustrating.

    Last time I could download was on Jun/26th. I tried calling and e-mailing Garmin without any response. Voice message says they are closed today - Tuesday.

  • Garmin Express keeps trying to download activities from Garmin Connect with multiple error messages! What is it trying to download? I just want it to upload my activities? And then I keep getting multiple duplicate .fit feels in the activities folder on my computer (0kb size) and Express is trying to upload multiple duplicate files. Even when I delete all the files on my computer it still keeps trying to upload them. I've been through all the Garmin sub-folders on my computer and I can't find where it is finding files to upload when I have deleted everything!

    Are these forums not monitored by Garmin support?!?! How come we have not seen any kind of response? I paid good money for this product and expect it to work!

    Another half day lost and still cannot get this to work. When do we receive a response or any support from the "Express team"?
