Problem with synch to Connect

I have a problem with sync with Garmin Connect.

I followed the instructions at this forum, it it:

1.I did the hard reset
2. I deleted all the garmin software and reinstalled it
3. I paired the devide and updated the software.

Now the Express is trying do sync the data with the Connect account. It shows,there are 32 acitivties to synchronise, but there is a problem with synchronising and it it trying to download something but fails all the time.

It's quite frustrating...
  • If the Activities are already uploaded to your Garmin Connect account I recommend deleting them from the device. If they have already been deleted but are still uploading with every Sync, enable the Erase data on this device after successful syncing setting in Express.

    In Garmin Express there is a settings to delete Activities from the device after Syncing. Enable this setting then Sync again. After the Sync is complete only the new Activities should Sync. This procedure can help even if the Activities are not showing up in the History menu on the device.

    1. Open Express
    2. Click Device
    3. Scroll Down to Garmin Connect Account section
    4. Select Erase data on this device after successful syncing
    5. Create a new Activity on the watch. Make sure to press and hold the Lap/Reset button after stopping the counter
    6. Allow Express to Sync

    Once this is complete, future Syncs should only contain new Activities.

    If you continue to have troubles, delete the contents of the C:\ProgramData\Garmin\LegacyProxy\ folder.
