Activity file won't upload from 910XT

I have a cycling activity on my 910XT that won't upload. I can see and browse the activity on the unit. My morning ride uploaded successfully (as have multiple 10 sec test activities) so I know the device and ant+ are communicating. I have followed the tips in this thread:

No luck. I have been using the new express client for a couple of months with reasonably good success (although I suspect it corrupted one of my triathlon events - first corruption ever with 5 different Forerunners).

I'm trying to reach a monthly cycling goal and would like to ensure all of my events are successfully recorded. Any tips would be valued and appreciated.

    I'm having all kinds of problems with this new express software also.. seems after my file is uploaded from my 910xt it's no longer available to upload to Strava or other sites.. I've been having this problem since june 3rd.. i've tried un-installing express but no luck.. plus when the blue screen comes up for express nothing works.. the icons show no action at all when clicking on them..i hope they don't screw up my Edge products..

    oh come to think of it i think i did have a file corrupted by express also..

    Please see the FAQ: Why are my activities files not being stored on my computer once I have uploaded them to Garmin Connect using Garmin Express? You can locate the fitness files then manually upload them to other websites.
