Any known issues with Windows 8.1 & Express 3.2.7.0?

It won't pair with my Forerunner 610, data transfer commences then stops.

The error message I get is "Can't pair with your device".

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Express.

Ant+ is working fine as it can find my device when I go through initial set up.

Not super useful, but I have the same issue starting on the same day as you. Since switching to Express nothing will pair or sync. Did you ever get this working?

When using Express the ANT agent software can't be on the computer. The current version of Express should remove ANT agent automatically. The reason for this is if both pieces of software are installed they will vi for control of the ANT stick. There is a newer version of Express released version 3.2.8 please try checking for updates within Express to update to the newer version. If this doesn't work you can install click the link Express_3.2.8. See if this newer version of Express resolves your issue.

I have an FR70 and Garmin express responds with the message "This device is not compatible with express".

I have removed ANT agent and all other Garmin programs. I deleted all directories in Program Files and Program Data that were titled Garmin. I also removed all registry entries that reference Garmin.

After doing all of this and re-installing Garmin express, I get the same message.

Everything worked when using ANT agent so I know that the ANT Stick is operational

Please let me know if there is anything else to be done.
