Installed Garmin Express now can't load latest activities

I loaded Garmin Express but couldn't get my latest activities to transfer to Garmin Connect. Discovered on the forum that Garmin express does not work with Forerunner 405. I've uninstalled Garmin Express, Garmin Ant and any Garmin drivers and tried re-installing just ANT. I can now get them to connect but the activity does not transfer.

Can anyone help? This is really frustrating and little guidance on Garmin website! :confused:
  • I believe that Express is now compatible with the 405. I'll move this thread to the Express forum where the Express team can help you.

    Just ensure you're running the latest version of Express

    Every time I try to log in through Garmin Connect it states you have servers issues we are dealing with this as fast as possible. When can I expect that to be? I've been unable to connect now for over 24 hrs???

    I get a redirect Loop many times when I open Connect. This is the least of my issues with my 405cx though. Anything I've transferred from the device since the update that made Training Center obsolete has disappeared into thin air, even though everything appears to be working during the transfer.

    I also have a ForeRunner 405 that is not sending my workouts to the new modern Garmin Connect after getting the Garmin Express (GE) update.
    I've run all the updates and am current:
    Device: 2.80
    Garmin Express: 3.2.7.0
    From the GE window, it appears to recognize my ForeRunner 405 (it picks up the version number and serial number).
    BUT, in the GE window the orange "Sync Now" button appears to be greyed out, and when I click the button nothing happens.

    What is the next steps? I need to make sure this is working as I'm going on vacation in a couple days and want a functioning watch!
