Trouble sending Workout to FR310XT with Garmin Express :(

Running Windows 8.1 on Intel as Administrator i was able to install Garmin Express. To test i shutdown the Windows Firewall. The Device is detected correctly and willing to upload (After giving credentials in Express)
However i'm having trouble sending workouts to the device.....or better it does not accept the workouts.....

Everything looks promising when syncing, then ther is a flash showing a "Weight update on 31/12/1989" :confused: and then tells me it did not work :mad:....

It should be possible to send the information to a 310.

Two basic questions:

How do i delete the odd weight update?
Am i doing something wrong?

Please Help.

After some thinking, i checked all history was uploaded to the garmin. I did a hard reset...
support.garmin.com/.../case.faces
this obviously removed all information from the device and therefor removed the i guess "bad" weight data.
After that the sync worked without any trouble.:cool:

Lessens learned:
Make a workout in connect, and hit sent to device
Open garmin express, hit open errors to check the sync.
Do a sync from express after that and monitor the status closely....
just before the error the in my case an odd weight appeared....:p
