Cant sync Garmin Touring with Garmin Express

when I try to sync my Garmin Touring using Garmin Express is throws a message telling me that its found the device but no serial number and that "there was a problem communicating with the Garmin servers. Please try again later". I've been trying later and later and later......
I can sync my Garmin and upload data on the Classic Dashboard.

Any ideas?:(

If you continue to have trouble please provide the Unit ID from the Settings>System>About screen on the Edge.
