I have a Garmin 3590LM that has performed flawlessly since I purchased it.
I have been unable to update the maps for the last six months. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Garmin Express several times. I have even re-installed my OS ( Windows 7). I have turned off any anti virus or anti spy software and regardless of which USB port that I use my computer is unable to find my 3590 when I plug it in. I have had similar results with my work computer except I did not re install the OS.
The lifetime map updates is great if it works and not so great when they do not work. Initially I would give the Unit a rating of 8, currently it is a 2 because of this issue.
Any help that can be offered is greatly appreciated.
