Forerunner 405 keeps losing connection with Garmin Express after reboot of my PC

Hi my Forerunner 405 keeps losing connection with Garmin Express after an reboot of my PC.
If I search for the FR it finds it without any problems but it seemed not to be stored.
I also have an Edge 800 and 810. They are recognized without any problem.
Something with the Bluetooth drivers for the ANT USB stick? My computer is on a Windows 8 64 bit OS.
  • I'm having almost the same issue on Windows XP (Yeah, I know. I know). When I try to pair my 405, GE sees it, but is unable to pair. After a reboot once, it stored the fact that I have a 405 and I was able to sync. After that GE has forgotten about the 405 and I cannot re-pair.

Windows 7 Professional for me. Exactly the same problem, only since I switched to Express. The original software out-of-the-box was fine. Do we have to raise a bug with Garmin, or do they look here?

Actually, I mis-quoted; I have the same problem as CASSEE. I can re-pair; it's just that I fail to see why I should have to. It's now slower, and more inconvenient, to upload data than it was when I had to connect a cable to the 405's predecessor.
