OMG. Someone please explain me how to get data from my 310xt and FR620 into Endomond

Hi,
I've used my Garmin 310xt for running, cycling and swimming for 3 years now. Uploading to Garmin connect and Endomondo has worked fine, automatically, most of the time.

Now I got a 620 for running and all hell broke loose. Can someone explain me the whole Ant+agent and Garmin Express thingy?
Often, that express program wont connect to units. My 620 automatically uploads to connect, which is fine, but Endomondo wont find it in its list of units.
Also when selecting my 310xt in Endomondo it cant find any new workouts.

Many web browsers are starting to eliminate plugins, so Garmin has decided to no longer support the Communicator Plugin (CPI). Due to this change ANT devices no longer can send data to third party websites using the CPI.

Due to this change, Garmin will be working directly with third party websites and applications that enhance our user experience. Until those developments are implemented I would suggest contacting Endomond support for assistance in a manual upload.
