Hi there.
Im a new user on garmin connect and express, we are two persons that are using the same pc and having problem syncing with our vivofit. Its a bit strange problem im guessing that it is a bug or some thing like that. First i open and connect my vivofit to express and goes on to connect no problem, but when i tryes to connect hers the serial nr of mine vivofit apperas. Why is that? then i need to delete the device and start all over again. Is it a way that two peoples on the same pc can use these things without problem or deleting things?.

    Hello Thomas,

You can use the same computer but you each have to have your own separate email address and then make 2 separate Garmin Connect accounts using the different email addresses.

That is what I had to do to put 2 accounts on my computer.

    Thx for reply Datezz.

But we have two separate accounts and i can`t figure it out. when one account is logged on the express for synching and i shall change, log the first one out and synch the other the first one`s serial nr is suddenly on the second device to. So now the two users we have on express have the same vivofit connected one of the.
When i change accounts on the Express i just press the button on the screen on the express page under the garmin connect account is that correct?.

    Hello Thomas,

Sorry, I am not going to be of any help.

I do not use Express. I un-installed it because I use Garmin Training Center to upload my 2 Edge705's and FR305 and FR310XT with training rides.

I put our ocassional race or special ride on the Garmin Connect accounts with a Manual Upload after exporting from Training Center.
