I downloaded Garmin express which was fine. I pushed the sync button and it found my Garmin edge 500. I then pushed "view data at garmin connect" and it just sits there with the wheel going round and round? with "waiting for connect garmin" in the address field. After about 1 minute it tells me page cannot be displayed. Any help please.
Can you login to Garmin Connect through your web browser?
Verify the Edge is up to date on the Updates menu in Express then I suggest you follow the steps in the FAQ: What should I do if I'm having issues with the Garmin Express client?
If you have Internet Security or Firewalls, setup an exception for Garmin Express to have access to the internet.
