edge 810 problem with communication with garmin servers

day after day after day.
does the garmin servers are up and running some times. I have my edge 810 since may 8th. I already have connected 2 times with the servers.
The helpdesk doesn't reacted.
A very disappointed user !!!!!!!!!! Can anybody help me ??

Sorry my crystal ball is cloudy today ... what are you trying to do and what errors are you getting?

sorry I wasn't on the forum for a while.
When I use garmin express, I get always the same message. Found your device edge810 but we "can't connect with the garmin servers".
In the previous version of garmin connect I could connect by the upload-botton, but know he is dissapeared and I have to use garmin-express.
I used different browsers, chrome, mozzila and IE.
On my old computer a have no problems.
In basecamp there is also no problem at all, so it's no computerproblem but a ???? problem.
For the moment I use the Bluetooth to connect to my smartphone but not I normal one.
