Garmin Express not uploading Personal Records

Hi all,

I've posted this a few times but had no luck getting a response.

I completed a 10k run some weeks back and set a new PR. All runs I have done since have sync'd across without any issue, so suspect it may be something to do with the PR.

Has anyone else experienced this?

The device used is a Garmin 610, running software version 2.9, Express version 3.2.4.0, browser is the latest version of Chrome and OS is Windows 7.

Unfortunately there is no way to manually upload activity.

HELP!
