My Nuvi 2555LMT Wont register via Garmin Express

i got today my nuvi 2555LMT and after installing Garmin Express and registered there it wont show up as registered on MyGarmin site!!!!
Please help me ASAP

Have you tried to reregister? There have been some issues with Garmin servers over the past few days.
