GE - Three devices.. One won't save one 910xt information.

I have a Garmin 800 and two 910xt's (one is the wife's).

The 800 and my 910xt is fine. However, when I exit GE after sync'ing the wife's 910xt (which it does do). I restart it and the wife's 910xt is gone and I have to search for it again.

Everything works ok, when it does sync...

From what I gather the 910XT is being removed from Express without you selecting delete device and you have to add it back to Express every time you restart Express. This is not something we have encountered and would recommend the following:

Verify the software is up to date on the 910XT:
https://buy.garmin.com/shop/store/fr910update.jsp

Ensure Garmin Express is up to date

1. Open Garmin Express
2. Click Settings in the upper-right (Gear icon)
3. Click Check for Application Updates

Thank you for the reply Shane.

I am now updating GE. I did set to automatic updates at any time. So assumed it was the latest version.

Will keep you posted.

Just for info, automatic updates currently don't work in Express even if you check the box.
