Server error when trying to connect Vivofit to Express

Hi!

Hi! I've faced with 2 issues: 1. My Garmin vivofit was replaced by service people, because old one got broken. When I tried to replace it in my Garmin Express, I couldn't do it. Each time I was pressing 'Replace', nothing happened. So, I needed to reinstall Garmin Express. After reinstallation, I see next issue.
2. Now I'm trying to finish configuring new vivofit, but each time I'm pressing Finish on my setup page (the one with height, weight, etc.), it gives me server error: "There is the problem with our server..."

My OS is: Windows 8.1. Laptop model Lenovo X230 Another small issue: drop down menus on your support page don't work in IE 11.

I've called to technical support last week on Friday and they told me that there are some known issues and they are being fixed. But today is Tuesday already, and still nothing works. Is there any ETA to solve the issue? How do other people use Vivofit these days?

    My problem is solved in other thread. Garmin employee informed that Express app doesn't support multiple devices. So, here is the solution:

    - I went to web garmin connect and deleted 2 vivofits from my devices menu
    - Started PC Garmin Express and it managed to connect the device

    Now it's up and running.
