I just purchased a nuvi 65LMT a couple of days ago, downloaded Garmin Express and updated its map database, registered it etc. It's that I don't seem to be able to download or install any of the "Extras" such as vehicles or voices? I'm running Windows 8.1 on both my HP desktop and a Microsoft Surface Pro 2, but neither one seems to be able to do this. What's the trick here anyway??
Can you please provide some more information on your issue? When you attempt to download vehicles do you get an error? Does the download complete but there are no new voices or vehicles? Do you not get any option/selections to choose from? Does Express just sit there and freezes when trying to do something? Please provide some more detail as to what is exactly happening so we may be able to better help you.
