Cannot log in to garmin express - ever

I have been trying out the modern garmin connect but still haven´t been able to log into garmin express. I´ve tried to log in using user name, facebook, G+, twitter and I get the same msg every time (attached). I have no problem logging in to Garmin Connect. Is anybody else having the same problem?
  • I have the exact same problem. I was forced to install Garmin Express as Ant Agent can no longer upload files to Garmin Connect. Now since I can't log in to express, I have no way of uploading my files to connect.

    I tried a few things I found on the forum but no luck. I have wasted a lot of time with this software and unless I get a definitive answer on how to log in I certainly won't be wasting any more.

    Issue I've reported in separate thread, is exactly the same. I've called to technical support last Friday, and they told me that there is known problem. It would be nice to hear any updates from Garmin people.
  • The Express team appear here regularly so you should get an answer shortly.
  • OKSANAD

    Garmin Connect Modern can only support one vivofit per account at this time. The issue has been reported to the developers. In order to get one of your vivofits syncing with your OKSANAD account, sign in through your web browsers and enter a Display name in the Settings-->Connect Profile menu. Attempt to add your vivofit to Express and sync with this account.

    Hi Curt!
    Thanks for the hint. So, the problem is solved. Here is the solution:
    - I went to web garmin connect and deleted 2 vivofits from my devices menu
    - Started PC Garmin Express and it managed to connect the device

    Now it's up and running.
    The only weird thing is that on-phone specialist couldn't tell me this :( May be it's worth writing knowledge base article to share this info with other users who will face with the problem?

    Same. That's why I'm here! Using my Garmin device has been the hardest work ever - ridiculous because when it works, I love it!
