Why does Garmin continue to change its software (OK I know why) but why do they do it so badly?
I probably try to log on to Connect about once or twice a Month.
This is normally preceded by a ride in which the 810 and the iphone appear to acknowledge each other but then decide they don't like each other that much and fail to synchronise. (happens pretty much every time).
So then I go on line Garmin Connect), plug the 810 in by usb and am told I need to download and install garmin express ( I already have) and then the 810 fails to be recognised by any of the above.
For goodness sake Garmin, I just want to upload some data. I am not computer illiterate but your offering(s) are currently an absolute shambles.
