Connect Express & Modern View

Just downloaded Garmin Express and switched to the Modern view, and it's saying my device (Forerunner 10) isn't connected (even though I have just uploaded runs via Classic View). When I then click on Express again there's nowhere to connect the device. And when I try to email support, the page crashes. Any advice?
  • When you download Express and run it for the 1st time there will be a "Get Started" button. Clicking the Get Started button will start a search for the device. If the device already added to Express and wanting to add a new device Click the drop down menu box and Click "Add New Device".

    If your device is already added to Express and it is still not being seen properly you may need to delete the device from Express and re add it. See the following FAQ:
