Garmin Express does not upload one of my activity

Hello,

I ran a half-marathon yesterday and for a reason Garmin Express (v3.1.8) does not upload it on my account (from 910XT). I have a friend with has a 310XT and is experiencing the same issue on the same race from yesterday.
If I click on "Synchronize now" on Garmin Express it tells me that it's ok (but it's not).
I also tried to tell my 910XT to "upload all my activities" but without any effect.
What should I do ?

    Anytime one specific activity will not upload it is usually an issue with data corruption in the activity. Lets hope it is not the case here. Just to cover some basics.


    Have you help the LAP/RESET button down until it counts down from 3?

    Can you view the Activity on the watch?

    When was the last activity successfully uploaded through Garmin Express to Connect?

    Create a small test run and see if that transfers.

    Hi, i have the same problem, it just dnt upload an activity but the next ones do.
    Even the fit file is not in my computer.
    The activity look fine in my fr910xt.

    I have the same watch (FR 910XT) and also one of the activities doesn't upload. Training session is visible on the watch and data viewable on the watch. I have also stopped all the sessions and ended them properly waiting for the numbers to count down.
    The FIT file is not on my computer and Garmin Express is showing me the message that there are 2 items still to sync. Also a message "Sorry, some files from this device couldn't be synced with Garmin Connect."

    Training sessions before and after this particular session are fine and uploaded to Garmin Connect. Firmware for 910xt seems to be the latest according to GE and also GE has been updated recently.
  • Is the activity a swimming activity? Swims, according to multiple postings in the forums, don't upload.
    I hope that Garmin has identified this but I'm not sure
  • I'm trying to sync cycling activities from an Edge 810 --- Syncing is taking forever. All rides appear fine on the Edge itself. Very frustrating!
  • I got it to work by uninstalling Express then reinstalling it. ... Others experiencing the same problem might try that.
