Problem installing Garmin Express

When I try to install the latest version of Garmin express I have this error message :

Could not open key : HKEY_CURRENT_USER32\software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and the installation failed

The key HKEY_CURRENT_USER32 doesn't exist in my computer
