Fit files locked in folder FIT_TYPE_4

Garmin Express is now working fine with my FR 310XT and my Edge 500.
Bute there is still one issue I cannot solve: Anyone an idea how to delete or move the .fit files from the upload folder?
Windows says this files are locked, but any analysis or killing of processes did not help.

If the files are locked it may be one of a couple of possibilities. For some reason the permissions you have to that folder have changed and you don't have admin privileges. If this is the case you will need to :
Right-Click the folder
Click Properties
Click the Security tab
Click your user name make sure you have full control

The other thing is that Express is running and the files are being used. Close out of Express and make sure its not running. You should then be able to manually edit the files.
