Garman Express won't conneect to GPSmap76csx

I have a Garman GPSmap76Csx and use CN Navigator NA NT for which I have a lifetime update. Currently at ver 2014.20 but I can't update it with Garmin Express.
My GPSmap76Csx communicates just fine with MapSource, BaseCamp, or the MyGarmin.com page ... but if I use Garmin Express, it can not find it. a windows pop up informing asking me to allow sc.exe to start the "garmin core update service" which I allow but no connection is made - "no device found"

Is there any other way to get map updates or fix Garmin Express?

The GPSMAP 76CSx is not compatible with Garmin Express. You would need to use the GarminMapUpdater to download and install maps to the computer. Please check your private message box. I am closing this thread since this device is not compatible with Express.
