Garmin 510 and Garmin Express issue

Went to sync a ride with Garmin Express. It appeared to sync, but it never showed up in Garmin Connect. What it did do was reset my Garmin 510 and I lost the ride and all my settings.
  • I used to jump head first into new technology and software, however lately I let others do the "beta" testing. I plan on using the old GC with Garmin communicator till they turn off the old site.

    Exactly the same thing happened to me today. Garmin 510 reset itself and lost all my ride data connecting via Garmin Express. Now cannot get it to sync with Garmin Connect and keep getting a sync error message. Had to re-build my profiles on the 510 as I can no longer sync to retrieve the data stored in Garmin Connect. Had no issues yesterday uploading. Anyone else having issues or found a fix?
