Dakota 20 is not connecting with garmin exspress

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but now is not visible anymore to my PC even if when I connect I hear a sound form the DAKota indicating the connection is on and as well on the device everything looks correctly functionally but in my PC (I have tried on another PC too) the Dakota is not visible anymore
